Leave Management

Per-leave-type policies, monthly caps, allowed reasons, document requirements, manager-approval workflow, and an automatic attendance update on approval.

What it does

  • Configure each leave type's rules: annual entitlement, monthly cap, allowed reasons, max continuous days, minimum notice, carry-forward, expiry, paid/unpaid flag.
  • Optional manager step before HR — both stages logged separately for audit.
  • Approved leave automatically marks attendance as 'Leave' on every working day in the range.
  • Half-day support, probation gates, negative-balance opt-in.
